Zakah is divided into two, which is Zakat Fitrah and Zakat Harta.
ZAKAT FITRAH
Definition of Zakat Fitrah
Zakat Fitrah is a self-zakat that are required by every individual male and female Muslims who are qualified with the conditions set.
Compulsory Terms of Zakat Fitrah
Muslims who are obliged to issue zakat fitrah for themselves and their families or dependents are: -
- Individuals who have an excess of food or property from their dependent needs at night and morning of Eid Mubarak.
- Children born before the sun fall at the end of Ramadhan and live after sunset.
- Embrace Islam before sunset at the end of the month of Ramadhan and its Islamic is lasting.
- Someone who died after the final sunset of Ramadhan
